ZoomItMac stays centered on the fastest workflow for explaining what matters on screen: freeze, focus, annotate, export, and move on.
Freeze the current screen, pan smoothly with the mouse, and zoom in with the wheel before locking the view for annotation.
Draw freehand, arrows, rectangles, and centered circles directly on top of the frozen image in a single focused overlay.
Save the full view or a selected region, copy it to the clipboard, and send it straight into chats, docs, or issue reports.
Rebind the global trigger and the in-zoom tool keys from a built-in shortcut recorder window with reset-to-defaults support.
Stay out of the way until you need it. ZoomItMac lives in the menu bar and launches instantly with a global shortcut.
Pick the save folder once, export the full view or a dragged region, and keep a clipboard copy ready to paste anywhere.
The app is optimized for support engineers, demo hosts, and technical writers who want less ceremony between spotting an issue and sharing a precise visual.
Hit the global shortcut to capture the current display. Move to pan and use the mouse wheel to control magnification.
Left-click once to lock the view in place, then draw with freehand, arrows, rectangles, or circles in the same overlay.
Use the save shortcut to export the whole view or drag out a region, then share the saved image or pasted clipboard copy.
ZoomItMac ships with sensible shortcuts and a built-in recorder window so users can remap keys without editing config files.
Save the entire annotated view or drag a crop region, copy the result to the clipboard, and keep your screenshots moving as fast as the conversation.
Press Ctrl+S to enter save mode, hit Enter to grab the full image, or click-drag-release to capture just the highlighted region. The PNG is saved to the configured folder and copied to the clipboard at the same time.
